How does the 50/50 payment plan work?
Broadly, half is paid across the construction period and half after you take handover — spread over 2 years in up to 24 monthly instalments of up to 1.5% each. Alternative structures are available. The plan shown here is indicative for guidance only; your final payment plan is agreed with the sales team at negotiation stage.
Can foreign nationals buy?
Yes. Majan is a designated freehold zone — buyers of any nationality receive full ownership rights, registered with the Dubai Land Department.
What sizes are the residences?
